As we have turned the page on the year 2009, which was a very chaotic year in the financial world to say the least, we are looking forward to a stronger and brighter year in 2010. 

I would first like to thank you for your support, trust and loyalty through this past year. I would also like to extend our commitment to be your supplier of choice with continued technical advice and support to make sure that you achieve maximum performance with your diamond tool needs.  We back this up with the largest inventory in Canada, and three locations to serve you better. We opened the Calgary store at the beginning of 2009 to support our loyal customers in the western provinces, which compliments our store in Toronto and the headquarters in Stanstead.

 

We have service technicians with over 23 years of experience for re-tipping, tensioning, straightening of blades, mechanical repairs and grinder/polisher repairs at our Stanstead facility. We also have a diamond tool specialist that tests our tools for quality, performance and for continued support in your shop. This support helps our highly experienced outside and inside sales force to guide you in choosing the right tool for your applications. This would not be complete without our support staff from warehouses, purchasing and accounting departments.
