For countertop installation crews, the new Pro-Cart AT1 by Omni Cubed, Inc. provides a solution to the challenges associated with large and cumbersome carts. The USA-made product is constructed from aluminum tubing, so it is strong and lightweight at less than 50 pounds. The pneumatic casters dampen vibrations and enable travel across rough terrains such as gravel or lawns. The stable cart provides ease of maneuverability; one person is able to make tight turns without tipping, and the balanced design with high ground-clearance allows “popping of wheelies” over larger curbs. Stairs are also no longer a problem; the cart stays attached to the countertop when lifted, and the 8” casters are the optimum diameter to allow resting on stair treads. Tops are secured with integrated clamps located on both sides of the cutout, which reduces risk of breakage at weaker locations in the middle. The package weight and dimensions allow shipping via UPS, which avoids costly freight charges.
Also available is the “Cart Folding Upgrade Kit” (sold separately), which enables the casters to be rotated and aligned with the main support rail, allowing for even easier storage!
